HELPFUL DETAILS
Before we get to work.
Find answers about service scope, pricing, and preparing for your visit.
Can I combine services?
Yes. Include everything on your list when you inquire. We’ll confirm which tasks can be completed together and provide an itemized quote.
Is a quote request a booking?
No. We first confirm the scope, price, and availability. A service date is agreed separately.
Are these photos of BrainWorks projects?
The current photographs are illustrative examples, not completed BrainWorks projects. We’ll replace them with customer-approved photos as work becomes available.
How do I know the final price?
Starting prices explain standard scope and minimums. We confirm measurements, property condition, access, and any extra charges before work begins.
Can I combine several small tasks?
Yes. Share your full list so we can confirm the work, materials, and time in one quote.
Do I supply paint and materials?
We agree on that during quoting. Tell us what you already have, including paint color and finish, and we’ll identify any additional supplies needed.
Do you offer one-time lawn visits?
One-time and overgrown lawns can be quoted after we review the condition and scope. The listed starting rates apply to maintained lawns on a weekly route.
Is the price based on my total lot size?
We look at the area that needs mowing, along with slope, obstacles, and access. Your house, driveway, and other non-lawn areas do not count as mowable space.
How is fence area measured?
Length × height × the number of sides being cleaned. A 100-foot fence that is 6 feet high is 600 square feet per side.
Can I combine a driveway and walkway?
Yes. Accessible concrete areas cleaned during the same visit are combined when calculating the $125 minimum.
Do you empty the trash too?
Bins need to be empty before cleaning. This service cleans the containers; it does not replace your regular waste collection.
Can recycling bins be included?
Yes. Your two-bin allowance can include standard residential trash or recycling bins at the same address.
What qualifies for Christmas tree pickup?
One undecorated, unflocked tree up to 8 feet, placed curbside, is $35 on a scheduled holiday route. Off-route or larger pickups are quoted separately.
What about pumpkins?
Scheduled seasonal pickup is $25 for up to five unpainted pumpkins, each under 25 pounds. Some addresses also have municipal collection options, so check those before arranging a paid pickup.
Are pine straw bales and rolls interchangeable?
No. The listed rate is for standard rectangular bales. Rolls vary in size and are quoted separately.
Is mulch delivery included in the installed rate?
Delivery is separate. For example, three cubic yards installed at $95 per yard, plus one $50 delivery, totals $335 before applicable tax or additional work.
Can you help with just one room or a few items?
Yes. Share the items and where you want them moved so we can review access and quote the work.
Does moving help include a truck or disposal?
Those arrangements are confirmed separately. Your quote will specify any transport, haul-away, or disposal charges before you book.
Can you look after the beds regularly?
Yes. Request a bed-care plan with an agreed visit frequency and task list. Materials and additional projects are quoted separately.
Will you offer flowers, bushes, and porch planters?
Seasonal flowers, small-shrub planting, and porch or patio planter refreshes are planned additions. These services are not yet bookable; we’ll update availability before launch.
